Getting an Estimate
To receive a free estimate we will need the following from you:
1. A complete set of drawings including structural drawings and specifications. We prefer PDF files. We use an electronic take-off system. This saves use time and reduces paper waste.
2. Scope of Work
3. Estimated start date
3. 1-2 weeks in time to complete the estimate. We do a very through and detailed estimate.
4. A site visit is required for renovations
