What you need to get started

A site plan which shows your home, lot area zoning, and the required set backs. You will need a Certified Plot Plan for a Building Permit if you do not have one
An estimate of your space requirements and an idea of what you would like to build
A budget for your project
Patience! The best projects are well thought out and take time.

Design Fee Structure

New Homes

4% of the estimated cost to build

Additions & Renovations

5% to 7% of the estimated cost to build

Hourly Work

$65.00 / hr

This fee structure would typically include: Client meetings, site visits, floor plans, elevations and details, exterior and interior renderings, and a detailed building estimate.

Additional rendering and animation work will be quoted upon request. Prices are approximate and depend on the needs of the client and the complexity of the job.
